This “miracle rice” is high in viscous fiber, but low in sugar carbohydrates, and calories - making it the perfect rice substitute with less the carbohydrates, sugar, and calories. HOW TO COOK

-STOVE TOP: Place dried shirataki rice in a pot, add hot water in a ratio of 1:1.2. Close lid and wait for 5-10 minutes.

- MICROWAVE: Place dried shirataki rice in microwavable container, add hot water in a ratio of 1:1.2. Cover with lid and microwave for 5-7 minutes or until dry and fluffy.
